Additional Training Opportunity for Attendees of FCI 56th Annual Meeting

During the upcoming 56th Annual Meeting in Seoul, our education team will host a workshop on Wednesday, 10 June, in the afternoon, focusing on the Two-Factor International Factoring Scheme, Roles and Responsibilities and Edifactoring. The aim of the workshop is to explain the basics of the FCI international factoring platform for new actors in the industry or people who were never educated about the two-factor system. Recently, FCI witnessed that lack of education on the system may result in higher risk and sometimes dispute. FCI Academy decided to organise this hour-long workshop to give more opportunities to attendees to be trained while travelling to the Annual Meeting. It was also based on the previous year's satisfaction survey request to include a training part during the Annual event.

The workshop will also set the basics for the following brainstorming session, which aims to bring together FCI members active on the two-factor platform and members offering funding alternatives. The brainstorming session will delve into discussions regarding FCI's two-factor system, Edifactoring, and various alternative funding techniques. We aim to explore how their business models align with Edifactoring and whether we can offer alternative financing models to our members.

The FCI Annual Meeting opens with a welcome dinner on Sunday 9 June and closes with a networking outing on Thursday 13 June. This allows attendees to fully benefit from networking and learning opportunities throughout the week. The Meeting will feature insightful presentations by international industry pioneers, in-depth panel discussions on various topics by leading industry professionals, and global and regional updates. We look forward to seeing you in Seoul!
