The course is designed to provide the students with a thorough understanding of the FCI Legal framework to further enhance their knowledge both on Legal & Operational aspects of Factoring. The program syllabus includes:

Certificate of Legal Aspects in Receivables Finance
The Certificate of Legal Aspects in Receivables Finance aims to provide factoring professionals with the necessary legal knowledge on the FCI Two-Factor System & focusing on the General Rules for International Factoring (GRIF), the industry standard reference for cross-border factoring transactions. The program syllabus includes two (2) e-learning courses:
- Foundation Course on Factoring
- Legal Course
Students will complete an online multiple-choice exam covering the study material. Students who pass will be awarded a certificate.
Each course opens on 3 January 2022. Registrations close on 15 December 2021.
- The 'Online Specialised Legal Course' must be completed within three months.
- The 'Certificate of Legal Aspects in Receivables Finance' must be completed within six months including the online examinations.
