Wednesday 4 January 2017

FCI, with its Thai members Bangkok Grand Pacific Lease, Kasikorn Bank, IFS Capital (Thailand) is delighted to invite you to its conference on Export competitively through international factoring, 6 February, Bangkok.

More and more Thai MSMEs are now exporting overseas. They are competing with exporters in the ASEAN region. The implementation of the ASEAN Economic Community as well as the One Belt One Road investment strategy from China will result in opportunities and challenges for the Thai MSME exporter. Export factoring is a very powerful tool which will help the Thai MSME exporter to compete not only with regional exporters but exporters worldwide as well. Besides, according to a recent study by the World Trade Organization (WTO), export factoring enhances trade generated by MSMEs, creating a multiplier effect. Export factoring has multiple benefits, not excluding the positive impact in terms of capital treatment under BASEL regulations. So this conference will assist all companies interested in learning more about how to increase export sales by offering open account terms to the buyers, and will in turn explain how international factoring is a strategic financing tool that can be used to support the growth of Thai MSME exports.

Who is it for?
