Just over a month ago the organisation, Making Finance Work for Africa, released their latest publication titled: 'Factoring Profile: Unleashing the potential of Factoring in Africa', showcasing the key role of factoring in Africa.
As stated by Prof. Benedict Oramah, President of Afreximbank: “The immense contribution that factoring can make to small and medium scale enterprises (SMEs) is the primary reason that has made this financing tool one of the most attractive to businesses across the world”.
Afreximbank plays a key role in the promotion of factoring on the continent, together with partners such as FCI, Africa Capacity Building Foundation (ACBF), African Development Bank, Making Finance Work for Africa (MFW4A), and others. The FCI Africa Chapter chaired by Afreximbank counts 41 members by end 2020.
