FCI welcomes new member in Georgia: JSC Liberty Bank

JSC Liberty Bank (formerly the People's Bank of Georgia) was founded in March 1995. Headquartered in Tbilisi, Georgia, Bank is the third largest bank in the country and has the largest network comprised of up to 300 branches and service outlets, 670 ATMs, 700 self-service terminals and around 9000 pos-terminals.  Bank additionally has a fleet of 110 mobile branches, equipped to provide a wide range of banking services for customers residing in the remote parts of Georgia.

Liberty is one of the largest employers in the country with 5000 employees, serving more than 1,7 million individual clients and more than 50 thousand legal entities.

JSC Liberty Bank is a systemic bank and due to its largest branch network, holds the privilege to serve pension and other social welfare beneficiaries. 

JSC Liberty Bank operates only in Georgia and since 2018 is successfully transforming into a universal financial institution focused on MSME and retail segments, as well as well-developed corporate banking direction.

Liberty has a strong presence in trade finance business. Bank offers wide range of bank guarantees, letters of credit and documentary collections. Starting from 2020 the bank also added factoring services to its product portfolio.
