The 2026 Regional Conference in Africa, hosted by FCI and Afreximbank, is set to take place on 15-16 April in Kampala, Uganda. The conference will focus on Factoring, Receivables Finance, and Credit Insurance in Africa under the theme “Beyond Traditional Lending: The Continued Rise of Factoring and Supply Chain Finance in Africa”.

Join fellow industry-leading peers and government officials to discuss the world of Factoring, highlighting what, where and how to use this product, the legal and regulatory requirements, the Credit Insurance Landscape, how the digital world plays a role in this industry, and so much more.

The guest is requested to send an email to reservations@spekeresort.com, mentioning the reservation code  “AFREXIMBANK-2026-DIRECT.” in the subject, along with the preferred room category.

Upon receipt of the email with the reservation code, our reservations team will proceed with issuing the reservation confirmation voucher along with a direct payment link.

Airport transportation charge is USD53 for up to three people. In case of a shuttle that carries up to 10 passengers, cost is USD212. 

Upon arrival at the airport guests will be received by a representative from Speke Resort Munyonyo Hotel and directed to their driver. 

Visa and yellow fever information
If you are travelling to Uganda from outside the country, please check your visa requirements as soon as possible. If a visa is required, it must be obtained online through Uganda’s official eVisa website: https://visas.immigration.go.ug/#/help/entry_permit 

Please also travel with a valid yellow fever vaccination certificate and bring the physical certificate with you.
