Welcome to the 2018 On-line Service Quality Rating!

To participate in the 2018 FCI Factor of the Year Awards, please rate your correspondents. Rating will be possible from Monday, 23 April 2018

You can only rate the correspondents with whom you had an FCI two-factor net international volume of at least Euro 100,000, as calculated by during the calendar year 2017. The system validates it by letting you choose from a drop-down list with those correspondents. If you did not have that minimum volume, then you will not be able to rate your correspondents.

You can rate both Import and Export Factors using a simple form where service quality is expressed as a number between 1 and 5, where 5 is the highest and 1 is the lowest rating. You can also add comments to your ratings, review, change and delete your ratings.

To access any of these functions, just click on the My Rating link in the navigation on the left from Monday, 23 April 2018 onwards.

Please note that the on-line scoring will close on Sunday, 20 May 2018. After this date, you cannot add, change or delete any rating!

The winners will be announced during the 2018 Annual Meeting in Amsterdam. After the Annual Meeting, the individual ratings feed-back will be available in the FCI Private Net, each Member what votes he received and from whom.

Every year, at the end of the Council Meeting, the Secretary General announces the winners of the FCI Awards: 

  • Best Export Factor
  • Best Import Factor
  • BEST Overall Factor,
  • Service quality improvement
  • Performance consistency over past 5 years

The selection of the winners is done on the basis of the collective views of the FCI members acting as Export Factors and/or as Import Factors, each member being allowed to vote all correspondents with whom they have exchanged - over  - international business amounting to over 100,000 euro.

The complete results are released to Members immediately after the official announcement.
