It also provides an interactive self-assessment tutorial and an examination tool. All our online courses must be completed in this platform. It is accessible from both the public FCI website and the FCI Private Net, only by registered students.

Assistance and Coaching (Diploma Courses)

From the start date of each Diploma Course until the last day before the final examination period, the Education Team is available to all students for assistance with the study material and coaching for the online interim exam. Email will be used for all contacts and correspondence.

Career Path Level 1 Course

Due to the short period within which the course must be completed, substitutions of enrolled students are not allowed under any circumstances. Also, there will be no refund of the enrolment fee, credit for next year’s enrolments, or extension of the course/examination period under any circumstances.

Career Path Level 2 & 3 Courses

Substitutions of enrolled students are allowed up to 1 month after the start date of the course; after this period, substitutions are not allowed under any circumstances. Also, there will be no refund of the enrolment fee, or credit for future enrolments, or extension of the course/examination period under any circumstances.

Payment of invoices is the obligation of the member company, not of the student. Payments must be made from the member company and include the invoice number. Cancellations of registrations and cancellations of payments of the course’s invoices after the official starting day of each course are not allowed under any circumstances. Also, there will be no refund of the enrolment fee, or credit for future enrolments, due to the resignation of the enrolled student or due to the non-payment of the invoice by the enrolled student or due to the fact that the student has never accessed the respective course and under any other circumstances.

All study material for all courses will be available to the enrolled students exclusively from the special download section of the e-learning platform. All enrolled students will receive a letter of instruction via their monitoring manager on how to obtain the required study material and how to access and use the e-learning platform.
