What Is This Award About?
FCI members conduct dual-member International Factoring, meaning an export factor in the exporting country works with the import factor in the importing country to perform the factoring transaction. Members offer either export and/or import factoring.
The FCI Export and Import Factor of the Year Award recognises FCI Members who received the highest grade from several criteria, including Service quality, Number of votes (ratings), Factoring volume, Number of invoices and credit notes, Individual response time, Individual collection period, and Coverage ratio. The winners and runners-up were announced during the FCI Awards Dinner on Wednesday, 12 June 2024.
