About the Awards

Each year, in keeping with tradition, we proudly announce the recipients of the FCI Factor of the Year Awards. FCI members engage in dual-member international factoring, wherein an export factor in the exporting country collaborates with an import factor in the importing country to perform the factoring transaction. Members may provide either export and/or import factoring services.

The Service Quality Performance Awards celebrate FCI members who have achieved outstanding results based on several criteria. These awards are presented to members who have either demonstrated the highest improvement in performance since last year, with a minimum of five correspondents, or who have achieved the highest average performance scores over the past five years. The winners were revealed at the FCI Awards Dinner in Seoul on Wednesday, 12 June 2024.

Below are the winners in their respective categories:
