FCI’s Edifactoring: The Leading SAAS Application for Cross-Border Factoring

For FCI Trading Members, effective use of Edifactoring 2.0 is central to daily international factoring and supply chain finance operations. But confidence comes from more than access to the platform. Teams need to understand how each transaction works, which responsibilities sit with the Export Factor and Import Factor, how GRIF articles apply in practice, and which safeguards help protect the business when risks, delays or disputes arise.

This is why FCI Academy’s Edifactoring 2.0: Enhancing & Safeguarding your Factoring & Supply Chain Finance Business - Legal and Operational Frameworks webinar remains an important training opportunity for FCI members. Taking place online on 22–23 September 2026, the webinar is designed to support junior and senior-level users, system administrators, and credit, legal, risk and operations teams involved in international factoring and SCF.

Feedback from recent editions confirms the value of this practical approach, with participants rating the webinar highly across content, organisation and overall experience, with scores ranging from 3.67 to 3.82 out of 4. The individual sessions also received strong feedback, reflecting the relevance of the programme’s legal, operational and system-focused content.

Attendees particularly valued the clear explanations, practical examples and detailed responses from the presenters, with one participant describing the webinar as “an excellent learning experience” that helped deepen their understanding of cross-border factoring processes.

Across two focused sessions, participants will strengthen their practical understanding of the FCI Two-Factor System, Edifactoring.com, Export Factor and Import Factor responsibilities, credit risk, assignment and invoicing, payment processes, dispute management, GRIF articles, EDIreverse, system reports, segregation of duties and new system functionalities.

The programme is structured to help teams use Edifactoring 2.0 more efficiently and safely in daily operations. As participants can join directly from their computers, the training offers minimal disruption to daily business while helping companies build better-equipped teams for the long term.

Group registration special: register four participants from the same company and receive the fifth registration free.
