One more full-house FCI Seminar on “Risk Management & Legal Considerations in Factoring & Receivables Finance” was held in Bucharest on 4-5 April 2019. More than 60 participants enjoyed a highly interactive event that included plenum presentations on risk management topics complemented by their legal implications on day-to-day business as well as group discussions on real risk cases and GRIF articles. Interactions and feedback from participants confirmed that best practise sharing and networking enhanced their knowledge on the topics. During group discussions, students shared their experiences on managing risks.  In addition, the participants were updated with legal developments in the Industry. Attendees represented various roles in their organisations and confirmed, once more, that risk management & legal considerations are not only tasks of specific departments but, rather, very important tasks for everyone in our Industry.  Participants returned  to their offices with their heads full of additional knowledge on the subject.
