The FCI mobile app provides a simple and convenient way to connect to other FCI members, stay up-to-date with industry information, and view upcoming events and courses.
The FCI App has an array of features that can make your experience more convenient and enjoyable. Whether you're new to the app or a regular user, understanding how to navigate and access these features can enhance your experience. Below is a list of each of the features in the new App; you can discover what each one does and learn how to use them.
NEW FEATURE | Connect with QR Codes
You can now connect with fellow peers via your very own personal QR code on our App! This feature can be used anywhere, even at non-FCI events, like external meetings, events, and dinners. You can also share your QR code with someone who is not connected to the FCI App. They can still scan it and add your details to their phone contacts. You don’t need to be on the app to be able to scan and access the details of someone.
Accessing your QR Code: Start by clicking on the "Menu" button at the top right, then click "My Profile". Make sure you have completed your profile set-up; this will enable the QR code contact-sharing feature. Click on the "Share via QR" button on the bottom to share your contact details with fellow attendees quickly.
Scanning a QR code: Open the camera on your phone, put the QR code into the frame, and a link will pop up on the screen. Click the link, and the contact will open up on your phone. You can now edit or simply save it as is.
News
This includes various kinds of information about FCI, its members and the industry.
Make sure you allow 'Notifications' for the app to get news updates and real-time event highlights while attending our events.
Events
The Events tab lists all of FCI's events.
Under this tab, you can find all event details, download the brochure, and view the speakers and sponsors.
You can now easily register for upcoming events via the app.
This section also includes the events you are registered for. It will allow you to browse information, a few weeks before and during the event, such as:
- The agenda, list of attendees, speakers and sponsors
- Connect and chat with other attendees
- Access the satisfaction survey and attendee list
- Download session documents and presentations
- View and download the event photos
- and so much more...
After you have attended an event, you can go back to it by selecting ‘Past Events’ in the top bar, access the presentations and photos and still connect with other attendees.
Members
The section includes the list of members with a filter to find a member based on different criteria.
Education
This section presents FCI Academy learning opportunities, including course details; download the brochure and register for courses.
Chat
This function allows you to chat with other members who are also connected on the App. In addition to direct messages, there is also a group chat feature where you can include multiple people. The group creator can add and delete members. FCI may open some public topical group discussions between members in the App in the future.
Starting a chat: Open the chat area, then click the '+' sign at the top. You will be opened to the 'Direct Chat' type. Now, you can select the user you want to connect with. You can search by first name or surname. Once you have selected the person, click 'create'.
Starting a Group Chat: Open the chat area, then click the '+' sign at the top. You will be opened to the 'Direct Chat' type; change this by selecting 'Group Chat'. Now, you can add the group name. Select the users you want to add by searching their first name or surname. You can choose to make the group public or private by selecting or unselecting the check box. Once you have completed all fields, click 'create'.
Joining a Public Group Chat: Open the chat area and select the public group that you wish to join. At the bottom you will see a 'Request Join' button, click this, and your request will be sent to the group organiser/admin for approval.
Member-Only Features
Library: It contains the same documents as on the website under the library of MY FCI.

To get the FCI network app on your Apple device, please follow the steps below:
- Click the download button below or open the Apple Store on your device; search for "FCI Network" and select the app with our logo.
- Click the "Download" button.
After the download is complete, you can open the app, sign in with your credentials and start using it to access the features and services offered by the FCI network.
NOTE: If you downloaded our app before 28 May 2024, please do an app update. We have recently added some exciting new features.

- Click the download button below or open the Google Play Store on your device; search for "FCI Network" and select the app with our logo.
- Click the "Install" button.

PWA APP (ONLINE)
To have quick and easy access to the FCI app on your mobile or desktop, follow these steps:
- Click the download button below or open your browser and go to app.fci.nl/login.
- You will be prompted to add FCI to your home screen. Follow the instructions to complete the installation process.
After the installation, you can add a shortcut to your home screen, making it easy to access the app. Open the app, sign in with your credentials and start using it to access the features and services offered by the FCI network.

Log into the App
To log into our app, you can use the same credentials that you use to log into our website.
Forgotten your password?
Simply click ‘Forgot Password’ and follow the prompts to reset your password.
Never logged into our website or App before?
Reach out to your Company’s dedicated FCI website admin to request access to our website.
Alternatively, when you first register for any of our events, you will receive an email that contains instructions on how to create a password for accessing the app. Please check your spam folder if you haven't received this email yet. Once you have received the email, simply follow the instructions provided to complete the account set-up process.
